Our firm is currently looking for an Office Administrator. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organisational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to multi-task.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements:

 

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

  • Develop positive working relationship with faculty, administrative and co-workers to achieve desired goals.
  • Coordinate with academic advisors & universities to help students in making career choices based on their academic majors.
  • Research and analyse current employment trends in various industries.
  • Maintain regular contacts with universities for intakes.
  • Educate students on resume building, interview skills, and professionalism.
  • Maintain a database of students

The candidate will be involved in coaching students for IELTS / PTE / German. Will be required to prepare relevant teaching program, lectures and exams and providing the correct guidance and feedback to the students to enhance their skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in teaching students, must be highly motivated to develop the career of the students and should be result-orientated.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Teaching IELTS / PTE / German to the students
  • Making teaching plans for the relevant Program
  • Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students
  • Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises
  • Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students
  • Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records

 

Requirements:

 

  • Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language
  • Presentation and Teaching Skills
  • An ability to communicate effectively with students
  • Graduation / Masters in relevant field
