Cost of Studying in Finland
University tuition fees in Finland apply only to international students, i.e. students from a non-EU, EEA, or Switzerland country. The tuition fees apply to full-time Bachelor or Master programs students; however, PhD programs are typically tuition-free.
Not all foreign students have to pay tuition fees, however. Exchange students from other countries do not pay tuition in Finland (although in their country of origin they may still have to pay).
